Jr. Operations Technician
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Intern to join our team in Brickell, Miami. Think of it as an Oura Ring for your teeth — except smarter, more precise, and designed to solve a massive health problem that affects millions. We’re a fast-moving startup backed by deep technical innovation, and we’re looking for a Jr. Operations Technician to help us bring this breakthrough technology to life.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operational tasks and support the operations team.
- Support fulfillment and inventory workflows (packaging, tracking, organizing, prepping)
- Assist with manufacturing support tasks (materials handling, workspace prep, post-processing steps)
- Perform supply runs, local pickups, or other physical errands as needed
- Maintain workspace cleanliness and system organization
- Conduct basic research and document sourcing, vendor data, or task flows
- Jump in wherever needed: odd jobs, tool setup, kit assembly, etc.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Must be located in Miami and able to commute regularly to Brickell
- Able to be on-site as needed
- Organized, dependable, and able to follow through without hand-holding
- Comfortable with physical work and task switching
- Clear communicator and fast learner
- No specific degree or background required; execution matters more than credentials
- Bonus: familiarity with startup environments, hands-on work, logistics, and engineering
