In-Person Content Operator
We’re looking for an in-person Content Operator to help us turn our physical product, founder insights, and customer pain points into compelling social media content. You’ll be working directly with our internal team at our Miami HQ. You will document, produce, and publish short-form content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.This isn’t a remote content role or a soulless media agency gig. We’re building from the ground up, fast—and we need someone who’s excited to help capture it all.
Job Responsibilities
Shoot behind-the-scenes, UGC-style, and storytelling content in the office and on-locationRecord product footage, customer interactions, and bite-sized founder interviewsCapture packaging, shipping, production, and daily team moments (like a mini documentary)Edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks/Shorts) or work with an editor to execute quicklyHelp us publish and iterate fast—volume mattersResearch competitors’ viral content and help reverse-engineer hooksSet up basic lighting/audio and use phone or camera to record high-quality contentQualifications
- Proven experience in content creation and management
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with content management systems and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
