Dental Lab Technician
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Dental Technician to help us fabricate, assemble, and finish our company’s custom smart oral wearable devices. This role is central to our production process: you’ll be hands-on in creating the actual devices that reach customers. Precision, patience, and commitment to consistent, high-quality standards are essential.
Job Responsibilities
- Produce our custom oral wearable devices from start to finish, following digital design files, written specifications, and quality standards
- Handle materials, resins, and embedded electronics with care
- Perform material finishing steps including trimming, polishing, bonding, and surface preparation
- Mix and apply resins, adhesives, and finishing agents accurately
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure each device meets functional, aesthetic, and safety requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lab workspace
- Use a computer to follow digital design files, log completed work, and communicate with the team
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve fabrication challenges and meet deadlines
- Follow all lab safety and quality-control procedures
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail, steady hands, and patience with fine, repetitive processes
- Reliable and punctual — must be able to commute to downtown Miami
- Comfortable working in English (instructions and communication)
- Computer literate — able to open digital files, follow detailed instructions, and provide work updates
- Dental technician work (guards, retainers, appliances, or lab fabrication.
- Experience with 3D printing, dental CAD/CAM, or digital dental workflows
